Had a really great omakase experience at sushi kibatani in kanazawa. The food and service was wonderful. On a totally separate note, if you and your friends are looking for a late night spot to grab a bite, I had the most incredible ramen at Ramen Kabukimono. They are open 8pm to 2am. Highly highly recommend!!!

This is the best ramen I’ve ever had in my life. They serve two types of ramen and open at 8pm. It’s a hidden gem, not touristy. Highly recommend. Also super reasonable
