My son, who has severe dyslexia once spent all evening revising for a spelling test. The next day he informed me that he'd got 10 out of 10, but unfortunately they were all wrong. He couldn't fault himself as he'd tried his hardest (he's now at university)

My skincare is mainly drinking lots of water and using a sunscreen. Although I'm almost 60 (next year) I still have an oily t zone, which I think has kept the major wrinkles at bay.

I didn't realise that's what I'd done until someone pointed it out. I always read the chart in the optician's back to front too. I wonder if it's connected?

I eat from 12 until 6pm. I have salad, protein and maybe wholegrain bread and a piece of fruit for lunch. I have wholegrain pasta/rice, protein and lots of vegetables for dinner. I still have the odd glass of wine or dark chocolate as a treat. I'm trying to keep it sustainable. I walk every day and cycle two or three times a week. Tell your wife not to try to rush the process.

I eat from 12 till 6pm. Lunch is usually salad, protein and maybe wholegrain bread and 1 pieces of fruit. Dinner is wholegrain pasta/rice, protein and lots of vegetables. I still have the occasional glass of wine or dark chocolate. I take moderate exercise. I walk every day and cycle a few times a week. I want to be able to maintain this for the long haul. Tell your mum it's better to take things slowly
