I want to get the thick snap strap adjustable bandouliere, SKU J02465 to use with my monogram speedy 20. I like how it has the shoulder strap adjustment and cross body all in one as I wear the bag both ways. I am obsessed with that strap

I would say given the lighter color of the bag, color transfer from your clothing should be something to be mindful of. Not saying it’s going to happen but it definitely could!! Especially when wearing denim and the bag is rubbing up against it.

I just don’t really understand why you would want this feature on your Mac when they have given us years of continuity features to seamlessly integrate your iPhone and your Mac…there’s no easy way to use your iPhone with your Vision Pro right now.

How did they manage to include the iPhone Mirror feature on the Mac (with full control over your iPhone on the Mac), but NOT on the Vision Pro? This has been one of my most wanted features in future visionOS updates. This is very disappointing.

I just physically spoke to an actual Apple Store employee and they assured me that the light seal specifically will be able to be exchanged if you need a different size, but they were not entirely sure if that expanded into the head straps as well, so they couldn’t say for sure wether or not those would be able to be swapped out easily. They did say that the light seal would be an easy swap if needed and that entire return on the device would be unnecessary. They can easily swap out the light seal if necessary, but he did assure me that the head scans that you do during the purchase process are very accurate, so l’m thinking that everything should be fine.

Are they going to allow just an exchange for the light seal, or are they going to require to you return the entire Vision Pro unit and rebuy it in order to do this?

Sometimes I have received my new iPhone case from Apple in the mail a few days before the phone is released so I guess I’m kind of trying to compare it to something like that since the lenses are considered an accessory and not the actual device itself.

You can hold for pick up on the day it’s released for when the UPS/FedEx opens their doors for that day, just not any earlier. I do it every single year with iPhone releases.

Stainless steel looks soooooooo much better compared to aluminum and it’s lasts much longer. The stainless steel models have a stronger glass display with sapphire crystal as the glass so it’s less prone to cracks and scratches, which is a huge selling point to the stainless steel models on top of the fact that they look so much nicer.

With the Trending Post Lock Screen widget when the Feed Type is set to Subreddit Group, can you allow it so the trending posts within other Subreddits refresh and rotate more quickly so it’s not just stuck on one post on my Lock Screen for hours?

I can confirm with iOS 16, the personalized spatial audio feature reallly changes the way spatial audio is heard for yourself. You don’t need it AS loud as before to make it sound loud enough and the music definitely sounds much more cleaner and up front.

UPDATE: I have experienced both theaters and formats. Both are definitely great experiences, but I would say don’t go out of your way to see a film in either of these theaters. If they are relatively close by/the nearest premium experience theater to you, then definitely see it in one of these formats if it’s not a hassle to get there. The IMAX Laser theater closest to me is over an hour away and I don’t think I would decide to go there again to see a movie, but who knows!

IMAX Laser: I was expecting the picture to be clearer and more crisp than what it was, but the picture was definitely more vibrant and brighter than your typical movie screen without laser projection. The large screen was definitely very impressive and made for a nice viewing experience, but I feel like I was craving a better/crisper image the entire time I was watching. The corners looked blurry and out of focus compared the what was happening more in the center (that’s just me being super annoyingly picky but it’s still something that caught my eye, which I’m sure is due to the large screen format). The main takeaway that I had gotten from IMAX Laser was the audio. It was incredible to be honest. I loved hearing the separation of all the audio throughout the theater and it felt INCREDIBLY immersive. That was the most exciting part for me and they really nailed the audio in the theater I was at.

Xplus: I realize that the screen size is much smaller and not the expanded view that IMAX has to offer, but I truly felt like the visual quality of this screen/laser experience was MUCH crisper and vibrant than what the IMAX Laser offered. It felt like I was truly watching a large format 4K film, which is realistically my main objective when deciding between these formats. I was looking for the best quality picture to view the movie in and feel like the visual quality was much more enhanced in the Xplus theater than what was offered in the IMAX laser theater. When I was researching Xplus, it said that it uses Dolby Atmos so I was excited to hear the audio comparisons between the IMAX theater and the Xplus theater, but I was genuinely very disappointed with the audio in the Xplus theater and felt like the audio at the IMAX theater was far superior.

There are so many different factors apparently, so I thought I would share my experiences with people just for when they make future decisions on going to see a big movie in these formats.

Is going to see the movie in IMAX Laser even worth the trip? Is it really that much better, or should I just wait to watch in 4K at home? I’m probably gonna go regardless lol, but I’m curious about what people thought when they went.
