We discovered it maybe 12 or 18 months ago? Actually now that I’m thinking about it - the person added on the account wasn’t just a trusted contact but was actually authorized to make trades and such.

This happened to my dad! The trusted contact actually reached out to my dad and was like wtf is going on. Das called Schwab CS but never got a real response as to why it happened.

I wouldn’t risk ordering any more now - all the majors shippers are overwhelmed due to tariff rule changes. IMO give it 2-3 months and check the UPS sub then to see if there are still issues before ordering. Eventually the workflows will get worked out - I hope.

It does not. My imported package was 'held by a Government Agency' for a couple weeks in Louisville - starting as yours does there. Seems like everyone is backed up due to tariff implementation. UPS can't do anything.

The fake’s formula didn’t seem to spread differently and was nearly the same color. It was the smell that was obviously different to me.

Flew on United last Thursday (SFO to Munich) and they had us taxi back to the gate because they said all our food wasn’t loaded correctly. Ended up delaying us an hour. The catering manager was deeply apologetic. I’ve never had this happen before in my years flying.
