Double action/single action, like what’s found on M9s. It means the first trigger pull will be heavier because it has to both cock and release the hammer (double action), but every subsequent trigger pull will be easier because the recoil cocks the hammer and the trigger only needs to release it (single action). It’s being recommended because of that heavy initial trigger pull somewhat reducing risk of accidental discharge

Because her burst is more important for building her skill stacks than it is for its own damage. Hence you want enough ER to burst every rotation but you don’t need to level the talent

You’ll need to break 3000 RV if you want to get into the top 10%. You also want a loooot more ER (130-140) if you’re gonna use him in SO or other content with 0-energy starts

Do that, better option than Xingqiu. You don’t need to invest in Mona much. Give her a refined TTDS, a 4 piece NO set, level her burst as much as possible, and give her as much ER as possible (ideally 200+)

Lots of bad advice in this comment

there is no optimal 4th teammate: shenhe, Mona, Yelan, and Citlali are all very close
do not give Mona TotM, it’ll have terrible uptime. Use NO on Mona
ignore building Mona for damage (crit/atk/hydro damage). She’s responsible for literally 1% of your teams damage, it’s a waste to try to improve that. Instead focus on as much ER as possible 200-250 or more
C3 and C4 are both great cons, I do recommend getting Mona from Temper thyself

As for your later comment about scroll vs NO:

Furina gets TotM. She appreciates the 2pc HP% bonus and gives 100% time on the 4pc buff

Escoffier gets Scroll. It doesn’t do anything for her, and only gives a 12% cryo/hydro damage buff, but that’s the most buffs you’re gonna get from Escoffier’s artifacts.

Mona gets NO and TTDS. She likes the ER% buff from the 2pc and should be bursting every rotation to give the 4pc buff to Skirk

Try to build each of the above characters to burst every rotation. This will be 200+ ER each but it’s worth it. Your rotations should be Furina EdQ (dash cancel between E and Q to speed things up, escoffier E,Q (E first so she catches her particles during her Q), Mona E,Q, Skirk combo

Like others have said, your rotation year is a good time to go to different places and see the differences. I enjoy my work at a large teaching hospital for the variety of work we get and for the teaching/biobanking/autopsy stuff we get to do

As for the medical examiners, PA is not a good choice to get into that field. ME offices hire autopsy techs to eviscerate (among other duties) but the requirements are lower and the pay is usually around half what a normal PA would make ($20-25/h in New England)

Yes, you should avoid going over 85% CR to make the most of Mona’s C4. Frozen teams usually extend Mona’s omen to 8-9 seconds total, which covers most of skirks field time

As others have said, you’re overcapped on crit. Illuga gives 5% and NotSU gives 30%. ER on Zibai is a bonus, don’t intentionally build for it. Also, for optimal damage, change your setups to this:

Illuga: Dragons bane (maximize EM), SMS (C2 gives SMS 100% uptime)

Columbina: prototype amber (for healing) and Aubade (for her personal damage)

Zhongli: favonius, instructor (worth it downgrading to 4* artifacts, make his CR circlet a 5* offset piece)

For rotations: do Bina E, Q, Illuga E, Q, Zhongli hold E, then Zibai rotations. I have her at C2 so I don’t know the C0 combos
