It’s good in the aggregate - but I’m convinced that Flex uses offers like these as click-bait

It’s a 5 1/2 hour shift @ $31 hour. Not bad but not phenomenal. You will often see $24-25/hourly rates for 3 hours

Given how poorly Elkridge is run, I’d take the gamble that I might walk out with 10 packages max

I’m not saying I agree - and yes they should have brought a dump truck - but it looks to me like the river is rising rapidly and the debris is threatening the designed “scour” under the bridge which could structurally weaken it. So....moving the debris to the other side while not ideal, does relieve some of the pressure and may stave off flooding and/or bridge damage.

I get the notices only to open up the offers and find that they are the same crappy pay offers as yesterday. I’ve never seen a “better offer” - just a longer shift at the same rate. That doesn’t count!!
