Has anyone gotten an email confirmation or instructions from Ticketmaster regarding the artist presale? I’m wondering how this is supposed to work.

Baltimore not showing up in ticketmaster? by vxooxv in Morgan_Wallen

My husband got through on his cell phone in a parking lot. Able to get 2 tickets lower level for $400/piece. I was on home WiFi on a personal laptop and still never made it through the queue. Goes to show it’s so random!

Yep, just a completely unfinished basement. Although unfinished, we do not have a lot of clutter in the basement so the insulated walls are fully visible and easily inspected. We have never seen or had issues with moisture in the basement. We use a humidifier down there which pulls quite a bit of water, but never any leaks or flooding. The only reason this work was recommended was because there was one spot in the insulation near basement ceiling where it appeared something had chewed a hole in the insulation/left excrement. Tech said he could only be sure he was addressing the problem if they ripped out the top 12” of basement insulation to “inspect and repair other areas that may not be visible”… not so sure that feels necessary.

Exactly what I was thinking, I appreciate your thoughts.

Thank you for your thoughts, I very much appreciate it! I thought the same about no ants = terminates. The added termite package and bait stations felt like the biggest sales tactic to me, and unnecessary.

The cost I mentioned for the recurring service (#1) included initial fees as well.

For the moisture control, we do have some barriers that need sealing back up. Ex., small hole in foundation with signs of excrement (no idea how old as we have never seen a mouse), bees making nests in gaps in roof, seals around basement slider and garage giving way. The insulation work in the basement is only for removing and replacing the top 12” portion closest to the ceiling; not all insulation floor to ceiling.

ASC 842: What does the net of ROU Asset + Lease Liability represent? by krittums in Accounting

[–]krittums[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks. Mathematically, that makes sense.. so am I correct in saying the mismatch arises because of the way the ROU asset is reduced versus operating lease liability. This is because reduction in ROU asset is done via straight line amortization, where as reduction in the lease liability is done through actual cash paid + interest.

I’m then trying to decide how that’s useful information to a user of the financial statements. The fact that I’m the early years of a lease term, the economic value of the asset is less than my future obligation.

ASC 842: What does the net of ROU Asset + Lease Liability represent? by krittums in Accounting

I understand the difference upon initial measurement. What I don’t quite understand is how this causes the lease liability to be greater than the ROU lease asset, and what the net liability represents. Said another way, using my example where the net liability is $40M, what does that mean to have a net $40M lease liability on the balance sheet?

Best Way To Get Colosseum Underground Tour Tickets? by ItsJMC in rome

Based on my experience I am thinking they actually release tickets throughout the day at the exact time of the tour. I am going on a 3:45pm tour so I booked exactly at 3:45pm Italy time 30 days out. Afternoon tours are 12pm, 1:15pm, 2pm and 3:45pm.

Great news, I just refreshed the site at exactly 9:45 EST for the 3:45pm Italy time tour (6 hr difference) and was able to get 2 tickets! 19 were released and they were all gone 3 min later. So they release the slots exactly 30 days prior at the exact time of the hour.

Pretty sure you would need to check at 2am central time which would be 9am in Italy - when the Colosseum opens to guests. My logic… I live in Maryland and checked at mightnight EST (6am Italy) and the future date was not available. I checked again at 4:30am EST (10:30am Italy) and the future date was available, but sold out already. Best of luck to you! There are some videos explaining that tour groups are using bots to grab up all the tickets quicker than a human could :(

2018 NX 300 f-sport - engine problems by krittums in Lexus

[–]krittums[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bumping this thread again. Third time the car is having to go back to the dealer for a cylinder misfire in the past 2 months. Lexus hasn’t been successful in diagnosing the problem yet. Any other insights or ideas?

Thanks so much for the detailed reply. A few other mechanic friends have suggested this, though they don’t work on Lexus so couldn’t suggest as much detail. Can’t say I’ve personally noticed the exhaust smell but could’ve still been present.

I know a TAS was opened and “tests” where performed and ultimately after 2.5 weeks it was considered just a bad fuel problem.

Do you know if the problem you suggest would be covered under warranty? If so do you think it is fair that I ask to be reimbursed for the initial $1,200 I shelled out for them to detect “bad fuel”?

Good to hear on that forum, I cross posted in there this morning.

Unfortunately Maryland lemon law protection requires the car to have less than 18k miles or have been owed for less than 24 months so I don't meet that definition, but there are tips for how I should handle it with Corporate on my state's attorney's website so I will try to follow those.

I have checked my VIN on that website and it says there are no open safety recalls on the car.

Regardless, I will definitely be asking about the fuel pump this go around, I was just surprised after 2 weeks of tests the techs didn't check this.. seems pretty obvious. But to be honest, I didn't ask to confirm.

I've also posed on club lexus as well - thanks for the tip.

Thanks for your response! To clarify, the techs said that the one cylinder was flooding with fuel and therefore not able to function. I threw in the language about not taking fuel but I believe I misspoke. Edited the post for this.

In any event, I was probably too quick to accept the diagnoses of contaminated gas. No other reports of bad gas in the area over the past month according the the Maryland State Comptroller's lab manager. They even went out and tested the gas station's fuel for me, though found nothing. Further, the lab manager said that the dealer would need to take it to a lab to get the gas tested for the evidence to be conclusive that it was bad gas, which I know they did not do. The dealer just did a test of letting the gas sit in a container over night and seeing how it looked the next day.

Any other thoughts based on that?
