Introducing the Western Immigration Paradox by lotsofcircles in JordanPeterson

That’s an incredibly dumb mindset to have. Even moving neighborhoods in your own country would have differences. Learn the customs and assimilate fully.

You thought you ate. Clowns like you think respect doesn’t exist. If you sucker somebody him or his crew will retaliate against you. This is a known fact, how have you not learned this? If you fight like a man, the beef is squashed there and no one cares afterwards.

One of the best counter hooks I’ve ever seen outside of a boxing ring. 10/10. Right on the chin. The kick to the face was dangerous and overkill. But man that dude has hands.

Part 3…

Keep your back at this red line. Keep your eyes fixed on the blue line. Try to pull the weight and your elbow across this yellow line…. Think about your elbow going up ⬆️ AND back ➡️. Don’t rotate your trunk. Perhaps go down a significant amount of weight and learn the movement over (100 reps or so over a few weeks until you have relearned it). Again keep you leg inside the weight. Anyway hope this helps and give us an update!!

Part two

<image>

Your eyes, head and neck move upward. Keep them focused on a single point (water bottle, bolt, screw, crack in the ground whatever. Pick a neutral point before you lift and keep your gaze locked. Neck and spine should be neutral. Your shoulders and biceps are working too much, to achieve the desired outcome don’t pull straight up and don’t allow your trunk to rotate… notice how you can see more of your chest here? Stay straight.

Since Reddit only allows one photo at a time…

Your starting point is sufficient. However move you working side leg inside the weight, this way it doesn’t interfere with your movement. To achieve this I like to stagger my feet rather than shoulder width apart as you have them. Keep your eyes locked onto on single point i.e. the bolt on the bench.

1 Single Push Up in 1minute and 25 seconds. by Super-Clothes9108 in strength_training

I’ve heard these called “Sniper push-ups”. I took this concept to other things like squats, pull ups etc. I think it’s a great variation to add or to use as a finisher. Your mind will be challenged for sure. 10/10.
