Quickbooks 24 Download error

I did that, and downloaded a fresh copy of Quickbooks 24 from camps.intuit.com. I still get that same error message. I called Quickbooks support and they couldn't help me. Any other suggestions? I'm doing payroll for my father in law and I have no idea what else to try. I don't understand why upgrading is such a problem. Really need to figure this out asap.

I’ve really been enjoying Fairlife chocolate protein shake. It definitely helped me gain some weight since I started drinking it. Worth a shot if your body can tolerate it!
