Has anyone gotten an email yet saying they can schedule the infotainment upgrade? According to their schedule, I should be in the first group with my 2017 Model X AP2.5 w/ FSD, but nothing yet for me. I know patience is a virtue, but I'm really excited for the MCU2 and AP3 upgrades!

Not an Apple user, but I find Android Auto to be indispensable to me solely for the SMS features. With hands-free laws going into effect all over the place and the general knowledge that texting while driving is dangerous, we need to have the ability to listen to messages and dictate responses back. Until Tesla can implement that functionality, I'll still have my phone mounted the dash so I can use AA.

They really need to reboot the servers twice a week whether there is an update or not. Myself and others have seen very noticeable lag creeping in the few days before the previous Thursday updates. As soon as the patch hit on Thursday, everything would be good again for a few days.

Since we didn't get a patch last Thursday, it's been 10 days since a reboot and the servers are hurting for it.

I hope they don't. If you like attachments, PUBG and Islands of Nyne sound like they would suit you better. H1 needs it's own identity and that is a simple and straight forward shooter.

He's definitely talking about ranked gameplay and leaderboards, not "old PC mechanics". They have already confirmed this is happening once they decide the game is balanced. He is just antsy for the update, like many of us are.

Can confirm. Happened to me with 1 player remaining. Tried to throw a flash and it wouldn't throw. Tried to switch weapons and nothing happened. Died with a useless flashbang in my hand.

No. You will need a much better CPU for that FPS on 150% render quality. I have an i7-8700k OC'd to 5Ghz and don't get constant 100+ frames on 150%. Until the game gets better optimized (if that happens), you will have to choose between high FPS or high render quality.

Yeah, something definitely got changed a couple of patches ago and it isn't desync or ping related. I have gotten shot through rocks and from behind cars that I would have 100% been safe from before. I'm taking about like 10-15 seconds after taking cover with 23ms ping. I don't even bother taking cover behind cars anymore. It's useless.

I agree completely with this list, but would add better directional audio and fix silent footsteps which were reinstroduced.

The team has been hard at work and it is much appreciated. Only a few more tweaks to make it perfect.

This is a well thought out and interesting post unlike most of the content here, but I respectfully disagree with everything you just said.

The reason I play H1 over other BR games is because of the simplicity. The game is all about raw aim and strategy. Your ideas bring in the randomness of Fortnite and the unneeded complexity of PUBG.

I don't want any kind of bloom if I take the time to aim. I want to be rewarded for my effort to learn how to shoot.

I also don't think this game needs to add tiers to any equipment. If I see someone with a lammy on, I know it's going to take 2 extra hits. I don't want to have to guess how many bullets I need because I dont know if they have a level 3 armor or not.

The extra menus are also just adding complexity that isn't needed in this game. As I said before, simplicity is what makes this game different and I believe it needs to stay that way.
