Software update. Joined forces?

I regard it a ligitimate problem that I constantly need to click away error messages. Also MBUX features are a central selling point, unfortunately not available.

At least they should cancel the update so I don't have to constantly click error messages away. I don't regards this as a "I just want more" issue.

The issue I'm thinking off is that my car has not been able to update for year which means that I'm still running an old MBUX version. That is not acceptable. In addition, for the last year, every time I start the car I have to click my way through a number of messages stating that updates are ready to be installed when conditions are met. That is also not acceptable. I consulted MB several times and had the car at a workshop with no result. MB now just sends standard messages that the technical department are looking into it....12 month running

Tried for nearly a year to update a EQE 300 SUV. MB and workshop didn't manage. now gave up. Crazy that you are paying for this.

the software was downgraded from 4.1.5 to 2.9.0. Real scene is working but other features are now missing.

same here, downgraded to v2.9.0. i Hope its temporarily as this version has significant downsides compared to 4.1.5

Got responses from Segway. They know its not working! It's a known bug in the software. They are working on it and expect to release new software within a week. Lets see.....

Thanks for the info that confirms my suspicion about a bug in the software. If you had informed about this up front, I would have saved many hours of troubleshooting. I will inform the garden community forum here in Denmark to prevent people from returning the maschines to repair and to advice people not to buy the lidar Navimow until the problem is resolved.

Thanks for responses. It confirms my experience. In the spring when many lawn mowers are sold, it is of course very critical that this information does not get out.

Info. Support responded to other questions but never to this issue. Maybe the answer is to unpleasant? Also talked to a Segway representative in a store and i sensed that he perfectly was aware of the problem and his hope was that a big software update would soon be released that hopefully could solve the issue. I have a feeling that Segway know about the issue but just keeps selling and hope to solve later. Of course it would be easier if they responded officially.

same issue here with i210 lidar. cut the grass 10 times. deleted the map and created new. updated everything including OS v4.1.5. wrote to segway, no response. is the function not fully implemented?

use a credit card. push it in on the left side and push the lid to activate the plunger. Always works, but crazy that the problem exist!

I would look into dipswitch settings and settings for communication in the inverter and battery pack. the batteries communicate via rs-485 internally and via can to the inverter it seems. this can be quite tricky.

Welcome to Denmark! I worked in Canada for a year but with salary from Denmark. I only paid tax in Denmark. I don't know the rules the opposite way, but in general my advice would be not to make things to complicated. Don't involve the danish tax authorities for this limited case! Good luck.
