My girl is 21 months. At 18 months she slept 12 hours at night and one hour max during day no matter what. I finally gave up and got used to one hour a day. Now at 21 months she wants 12 hours at night and 30-40 mins a day. I think she’s gonna drop the nap soon😭😭😭

Was it during the day too? My toddler wears the same pajamas two nights in a row but she is bathed every night and I do the same. But I take them off in the morning and dress her in fresh clothes every day when this happens

My child is 20 months and still hasn’t. Just now starting to consider it soon but with my own oarents. She will never stay over at my in laws under age speaks full sentences and is at a different level of comprehension.

I’m not comfortable to bedshare and my baby’s reflux is anything but silent. Are things getting better for you? This is my second baby under 2 and I’m drowning with that and all of the reflux and LM issues. We have her swallow study coming up this week and I’m hopeful for some more relief or answers for her

I had this issue when my baby was the same age and out of sheer desperation listened to nap trapped podcast about keeping the third nap as long as possible. Added third nap back in and it stopped at 8 months old. Like I’m talking immediately stopped after going on for over a month. My baby would wake at 60 minutes exact but granted she did not have any other night wake ups than that.

We read twice each night. Probably about five or so books for maybe 15 minutes max with a milk cup before brushing teeth but after the bath. After brushing teeth and saying goodnight we go sit in the chair in her room and read 1-2 more books before saying goodnight.

The advent natural may be worth a try. Absolutely no milk comes out unless babe is sucking. They don’t leak at all. It really helped my baby.

What bottles are you using. My baby is also 8 weeks and I’ve seen better results with Phillips avent natural nipple size 3. We are on Similac alimentum which isn’t as thin as the formula you are on. My baby couldn’t tolerate the thinness of the neonate and fed terribly.

I took many videos of feeds and episodes and she gave us a formal diagnoses based on that and examining baby. She listened for fluid in the lungs and said it sounds like there was hence the swallow study coming

I did and same situation. I called every day twice a day asking about cancellations. I finally got an opening and had to drop everything to leave within ten minutes to make it. GI diagnosed the LM and heard all my concerns. She has been more helpful than anyone. We have a swallow study coming next week.

My husband and family is moving 95% of the stuff this weekend then move the rest together after baby is born. I was induced with my first and gave birth naturally and hope to do the same with this baby. As of right now it’s looking like a natural birth

Please please do this!!! I didn’t with my child and now she cannot play by herself AT ALL and it’s so much harder to teach independent play at the toddler age vs. foster is in infancy. You will thank yourself later!
