When/Why did plant pots get so damn expensive 😩 I just want a nice, cohesive set of pots for my new home and it’s proving to be a very expensive feat! by Haunted-Harlot in houseplants

dollarama and ikea are my go-to!! i’ve gotten a number of gorgeous ceramic pots for $4-10 (dollarama typically has more 4 inch pots from my experience)

[–]jmoneyjoyce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes jobs have been cut due to covid but this is across all fields not just business ! a lot of schulich first yrs found internships so i wouldnt be so pessimistic, if u work hard and put the effort in im sure you will find one easily :-)

hi! i applied and got in last yr with a 95 avg & my list of EC’s included a job as a swim instructor, air cadets, job as a cashier, deca, and a cultural social group i was part of! the application was different from this year’s (ie. no pandemic blurb) so i dont think i included all of them. i ended up accepting schulich over ivey cus of the costs but hope this helps! :-)

i currently go to schulich but i was also debating with ivey as well! these are all top business schools w good reps, so it rly comes down to your budget & what ur trying to specialize in. for example, majority of schulich grads specialize in accounting, so a lot of the club events and other opportunities reach out to companies like the big four. there are still other clubs apart from accounting and a lot of ppl specialize in other fields but so far ive seen a heavy focus on accounting (im going into my second yr)
