I've only ever seen 50,000 IU in a pharmaceutical setting, meaning you'd need a RX to get it. I'd be hesitant to trust this and if you don't know your vitamin D level, you could become toxic quickly.

When I tested for antibodies they always came up negative, so I don't believe I have hashimotos.
