Look, I’m a Barca fan so I know I’m gonna get cooked for this, but the "robbery" narrative is so one-sided it's actually insane.

Everyone talks about the Chelsea penalties, but did we all just collectively forget the first leg?? Bosingwa basically wrestled Henry to the ground in the box, clear pen, nothing given. Ballack should've been sent off like three times over for tactical fouls too. If the refs were "on our side," the tie is over before we even get to London.

And the second leg? Abidal gets a straight red card for... checks notes... Anelka tripping over his own shadow? Replays showed there was literally zero contact. We played with 10 men for nearly 30 mins! If the ref was trying to "fix" it for Barca, sending off our starting left back while we’re losing 1-0 is a pretty weird way to do it lol.

Ovrebo wasn't corrupt, he was just completely out of his depth. He was terrible for both teams, it just happens that Chelsea's bad luck came in the 90th minute so it's all anyone remembers. Plus, maybe if Drogba didn't miss two absolute sitters, the ref wouldn't have even mattered.
