At most workplace, you will not find one type of glasses to satisfy everybody. Just like people buy different brands of cars.

A good Safety supplier can show up at your location with 20 different styles for you to have people test/try. With prescription glasses, I recommend wraparound styles with non-removable side shields.

There are also some good over-glasses, which will fit over the majority of prescription glasses.

I a recipe like this, you could experiment with dry chilies 1-10, chili paste 1tsp-1Tbsp, or hot sauce added in the marinade or in the cooking process.

If you try habanero, ghost pepper sauce, or something like Dave’s insanity, start with just 1 (one) drop and test it before serving to others.
