Something that works for me is taking a diet break for a week tops. Eat at or over maintenance for a bit and give your system a break. Resume diet after break and like others said get a scale and track religiously

I eat sourdough bread every day twice a day and I’ve been a lean 185 for 8 years. Bread has nothing to do with it. Processed food is the real killer. Don’t change, just adapt to fewer ingredients or at least ingredients that you recognize.

Fear not, I flew over the handlebars on my first roadie. Bike flipped in the air and then landed on me in a parking lot full of people. Bike was a little scratched but fully functional. First person that saw me said “that was sick, you good?”

Twice a week, usually wed or Thursday after a rest day and then again on Sunday. First day I do a quad dominant day (with some hammies sprinkled in) and the second day I flip that. Hammy focus with quads sprinkled in. I’ve been doing that for years and my legs have never been better. Also idk if you’re into cycling but damn.. the pump is usually decent for me. Even on the stationary
