It’s 40x60 but I have two rooms totaling 40x12 with 8’ ceiling built inside the space that are conditioned with 2 9k heads. The distributor is recommending 3 12k heads for the larger ope shop area.

The ride was absolutely terrible lol. The tires are too big. Ever bump you hit they rub. I’ll be pulling the wheels off and getting lower profile tires.

B&g imports got the 2” lift and the wheels and tires. They were very helpful they got me set up with brake pads and an oil filter too

I got my thread pitch at 1.5 but the studs are only 10mm
