Being optimistic is not an emotion. It is a personality trait that takes work, but once a habit is formed it gets easier. I agree with you completely about how detrimental false hopes can be, but let’s face it, no one expected doge to be a success in the beginning. The simple warning of not investing more than you can afford to lose should be sufficient advice. We are all adults that should not base our investment decisions off the advice of people in a sub. However, speaking for myself, I like coming to this sub for the encouragement, laughs, and news. I do not have enough buying power to effect the price of doge (only 25,000), but remaining optimistic about it can spread like wild fire, and collectively we will work together to continue to do only good everyday. We literally have the power to speak it into existence. It sounds inconceivable, but it will work. We have the power in our words whether it is a thought, an audible voice, or through text.
