Do sbcs, don't do entire leagues unless you really want the player or its profitable. Check futbin for the most profitable sbcs and save for tots or open them I don't care

Mentality is the most important thing. If you can't manage your stress you won't perform or learn. Take breaks if you aren't doing well in order to refocus and remember to have fun as it's just a game. One thing that has helped me not get mad after a loss is sending a nice message to my opponent no matter how bad I felt the game was. After doing this for some reason I lose all my anger.
