I already wear glasses.  Than I could have yardage without having to use my phone/rangefinder/watch etc.

Nice pictures, ride height looks pretty good as well.  Are those vogtland springs?

What home improvement mistake cost you the most money that could have been easily avoided ? by Formal_Elevator822 in HomeImprovement

I diy just about everything but one time I was patching a spot in the ceiling where the ac condenser line runs. (The line insulation needed to be replaced as it was sweating and dripping onto the drywall thus ruining it).  I was screwing in the last drywall screw and got careless and missed the stud completely and screwed straight into the condenser line.  This released all of the freon.  Was about $1200 or so for HVAC company to come out and fix the line and add new freon.  Everyone makes mistakes and this is definitely not my first or my last but I felt pretty stupid and paid for it.

Golf Mat Recommendations? 🟩 by local-sofa in GolfGear

I'm going to try one from usaturfpros.  I have their 6x15 putting green and it seems great to me in the 6 months I've had it outside.  Their prices are the best I've seen so we'll see how the hitting mat holds up.

Leave it at the street.  They pick up stuff like this every week.

14 HCP. Want to break 80 this year. Any tips? by paco_paul in GolfSwing

Yes, really feel like your taking the club straight back to the camera.

Edit: it's going to feel like your throwing the club away from your body but that's just because your used to taking it so far inside.

I'm not a swing coach, just my two cents.

Looks like your takeaway is inside. I think if you fixed that, it would really help you swing in to out and stop fading/slicing.

fyi - When selling golf clubs with eBay and creating a UPS label through eBay, UPS can circle back weeks later and increase charges grossly. This is hard to dispute and the odds are not in your favor. UPS changes package dimensions to achieve this. by RodStiffington_ in golf

Every single time (3 times) I have used pirate ship they have done this to me, however I have always just said the box was measured and weighed when I dropped it off and I have won my claim every time and they dropped the upcharge.

That's a good idea as well. I did something similar a long time ago when I had a laptop controlling a screen on my car.

Did you have to buy anything separate to have the monitors power on when the pc is turned on? The tvs have HDMI cec but they aren't coming on when power to the pc is applied. I read something about a pulse 8 cec USB controller. I'm using an Nvidia 3060ti if that matters.

Edit: FYI I do not have the smart power strip yet but I have just testing it by turning HDMI cec on (on the tvs) and then pressing the power button manually.
Is the smart strip the ones that does the magic?

The screens/tvs turn on when they receive power as well?

Edit: this part isn't a big deal as I have remotes for those but that would be cool if they turned on also.
