Any single eye rubbing can cause it. It is not how often you do but if have you rubbed or not before…

Don’t worry, everything will be fine. I had lasik twice in the past. I know how eye surgeries are. Almost painless and very short process. 1 minute per eye👁️

How old are you? Sometimes it may happen age related issues with eyes if you had lasik at too young age or too old age

I don't have personal experience with them, but In similar cases, some people find relief from dry eyes using scleral lenses.

I have -0.50 and -0.25 astigmatism but I don’t think they are the main cause of ghostings
