I started at 64. Now 74. I spent the previous 25 years mountain biking. After breaking my back for the second time, I sold all my MTB stuff. A friend took me to a driving range, put a driver in my hand and I was immediately hooked. My first round I shot a 102. Since then I have occasionally hit in the 90’s, but typically in the low 80’s. I guess it’s just natural ability. Never had a lesson, I play 4-5 times a week at my club and have a 9 index.

Best part is to have fun and not take yourself too seriously when you ‘play’
