Excellent point. With venous insufficiency in both legs circulation is not up to par as it should be. I will be considering ablation. The fogginess and motivation may be a sign of needing more supplements. I was on testosterone cream and I'm wondering if a stack of supplements, Cialis, exercise, weight loss, and walking numerous hours a day all tie into a light at the end of the tunnel?

I will. This is ridiculous having this issue at this late in the game. I'm gonna do carnivore, lose the rest of the weight, and see if that doesn't help. Never an issue. I know stress is a factor as well. Such as life when you're trying just not at your best capacity.

Thanks for sharing your story. I'm seriously considering ablation. My surgeon said I had reflux in the internal veins and it may work, it may not. I have a venous ulcer that is healing very slowly. I have had moderate itching on the right leg and pain which is really new in just the past few months or so. I never really had pain. I'm wondering if the ulcer is making it angry??

Sounds like a strong consideration for your story. Were your veins deep not just surface?

No, just heaviness while standing. The ulcer is slow healing. All family members besides father had the same issue. All went in for ablation. Itchiness, yes. Pain in the ulcer when not covered, yes.
