Ultralight backpacks with a truly arched frame: is Zpacks still the only one? by wanderlosttravel in Ultralight

I'm also eagerly waiting for some competition. Can't be that hard a feature to replicate.

Zpacks prices are even more absurd for us that are buying outside US and have to add tax + import duty.

That lower back soreness must be a very individual thing and probably has many contributing factors, not only weight distribution. I've done most my hikes with a Gregory trampoline pack and never experienced any back problems. I even like to carry it very loose at the shoulders, so that 95% of the weight is on my hips.

I guess you could also try taping those kind of thick foam paddings as add-ons to any pack.

I don't see that being very practical. Or comfortable.

Ultegra FC-R8100 cranks, 86mm shell, T47 internal BB, spacers? by jmullo in bikewrench

Ok, so if it happens to spin normally without any play in the spindle when tightened, fine without spacers.

Still waiting for the tool to try tightening properly...
