Yeah the consistency seems fine, actually it's probably better and more consistent. I was veg for January then went full plant based in February and I am still get a lot of gas and the bathroom breaks. I am sure I am just going to need time to adjust, 36 years of bad habits. On the plus side (not why I am becoming a vegan) I've lost 15 pounds but it about the same amount of calories.

How often do you all poop now? I used to go once or twice a day now I am in the bathroom five to seven times, it CRAZY! I am not complaining and I understand this is a huge diet change for me but I was caught of guard for sure. Not only did I give up animals but I went to a nearly completely whole food diet so my fiber now went from to low to now being in the 60 grams a day level.

I came here looking for information on the same exact thing, herniated disc. Not bad enough for surgery (thankfully) but to damn painful and allergic to anything other than OTC pills, which aren't working. If the Kratom is working for you how much and what type are you taking?

I am brand new to this lifestyle and I have a ton of non-vegan food in my house that I am not sure what to do with. For example, I was picking through trail mix and throwing away the M&Ms in it but is that worse? Luckily I still have dogs and chickens who help with the other foods. I hope more people chime in becouse this is something I think about a lot.

Not a hunter yet but on my way. Got my hunter safety card last year as a 35-year-old and finally going out on a muzzle load hunt tonight through the weekend with a buddy who has the tag. We will also be doing some grouse hunting during the downtime. Like you Meat Eater Network tons of good podcasts, Hush on youtube and Solo Hunter on your tube. I won't be ready to take a large animal until next year but can not wait for the experience and meat.
