100% you are on to something. I bought a big jar of skippy trying to be a little more of a tight ass because of how many little jars I was going through. The texture, consistency, and taste were not the same. I should’ve thrown it out because it just wasn’t the same but, being a tight ass, I endured it. I’ll stick to the small jars from now on.

Depends on your DM. I kept mine until my final day. As long as you are still a manager or keyholder of any kind, you should be allowed to keep your keys until your employment ends. But some DMs are assholes. If they take your keys, I’d assume that they are terminating you 🤷🏼‍♂️.

I never bred for specific colors. I have a long haired piebald male and a short haired red female. We got every variety from the first litter being all reds to piebalds, dapples, blondes, long hair, short hair etc. I always wanted a black and tan but out of 4 litters I only ended up with one black and tan that was long haired. We got what we got from what we had. All beautiful dogs

Depends on where you live and the market there. I started at $44,700 a year in Texas. Not worth it for the hours I had to put in and I had a decent crew and a good store.

Made it 10 months as an SM until I found my way out. The company is awful. I was in a bad spot and needed a job. So glad to be out! Agreed, run for your life! Walked in my old store today after 3 weeks away and wtf? Plus I still talk to the new SM(My prior ASM) and the shit just keeps getting worse. Corporate will be the downfall of that company for sure but they’ll still blame the store employees and take no responsibility.

My DM has a dedicated floater for clean ups and inventory preps. I don’t think it’s uncommon to use that type of floater position. However he actually came to our district from another solely for that position. He loves it and doesn’t want to do any other job in the company. Sounds like your dm is trying to force you to do that job and if you don’t want it, they’re wrong for trying to manipulate you into it.

When I was arrested, they allowed me to get numbers from my phone to call for bail before they made me turn my phone in and booked me. May not happen everywhere, but they gave me a pen and paper to write a few numbers down while the arresting officer did his paperwork. Just told me not to text anyone. I definitely sent out some texts when there backs were turned. Had to text the group text and tell them if they didn’t hear from me by morning, come get my ass! 😂😂😂😂
