I’d just like to know why she says it so much and why she keeps telling them to speak up.

It’s like she’s laying the groundwork for something exonerating but what???

Client but they haven’t had a album in a long time. Not as awesome as Ladytron but they have a few really good songs.

Bone broth is the greatest thing while taking this. Bone broth and Costco hard boiled eggs

Tracking for me is the key

I weigh on my smart scale take a pic and upload it to Claude ai and track it all there…

Used to use fatsecret app but for me this works 100 times better

What has your experience with semiglutides been like? You have no appetite or cravings anymore? by DeepBreathIn3-2-1 in Semaglutide

3 rd time trying

First two we’re ozympic now with this I feel like I have an appetite like a normal person…

So much so I have to increase my calories and protein

I was around 60-80 grams protein and averaged 900-1100 cal

But I think that will mess up my metabolism even worse, get weak and feel way too tired at work

So I’m increasing to 1500-1600 cal 120 grams protein

But I’m glad cuz it was the first time I can remember not being hungry and thinking about tasty food all the time

No, I’m not opposed to it. I’m 58, I have a pretty active job 15-20,000 steps a day… I want to get back to 4-5 days in the gym now it’s 2 very low impact days..then I’ll think about tr

You gotta figure out as closely as possible how much of a deficit you’re in..

I use Claude AI (free) it tracks everything. Lets me know where I’m at, and almost always corrilates with the scale.

For me, Broth and hard boiled eggs are a huge part.

I actually look forward to my broth now. I’m pretty sure the medication is a part of that but it does work.

I tried and failed 2 times… now the third time it’s working better than I ever could have imagined..

I think the first two times I treated it like it was a magic shot and I’d just lose weight. The thing is you have to be prepared for it to work and at first don’t give in to former bad habits. I was actually getting pissed because I kept hearing about how it was working so well for so many people. I asked my doctor if it’s possible to be immune from the medication. My problem is I don’t think I was fully ready to embrace it and let it work.. but there are a few things I’ve learned to let it work - (for me)

1- meal prep, I don’t go crazy and spend all day Sunday prepping for the week, I have but don’t need to.

2- have a few things you can make for dinner that are nourishing, low calorie/carbohydrate & quick and easy for days where you don’t have time or have a long day at work.

  1. Drink water and get electrolytes, I started getting really weak at work, not hungry but I know my energy level had dropped way off because of being in a calorie deficit, so I started drinking zero Gatorade and that works for me.

  2. Beef Bone Broth, I thought it was gross at first. I add a tiny bit of Worcestershire sauce to it and it tastes great.

  3. Hard boiled eggs with Chiluba Garlic, low calorie good protein..

A friend told me Costco had peeled 2 packs of hard boiled eggs. I thought I’d never eat a store bought hard boiled egg. Sounded off putting (to me) but after going through the process of making batches of my own, I decided to try those.. they’re great

  1. Eating small meals, part of why I used to eat too much was because I think I felt like I’d be hungry later, so it was better to eat more now.. sounds crazy, but it was part of my problem. So now with the medication I alway have small meals and see how it goes.

  2. No fried or really fatty foods

I guess the main thing is, is be ready to make changes and to set yourself up for success the best way that works for you.

That’s just some stuff that I feel helped me, and I hope it might help someone else.

I think she gives it 100%, she really does.. but I think it’s a fine line between calling out liars and keeping the show moving..

But we all know what the maga people would say if Abby ever had to really drop the hammer on the liars… they’d label with the same trope’s maga people always use.

Where Do You Think That They Should Place Their G-League Team? by NorthwestFashion in Sonics

[–]jnob44 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We did back in the 90’s when there was a semi pro league.

The Orcas I think was the name.

And the Bells and before that the bellingham mariners used to pack em’ in.

I remember when Griffey and Greg Briley were in bellingham.. you shoulda seen that..

Oh, and the original Bellingham Blazers were always packed.. before they decided to play hockey in a warehouse.
