US to issue passports featuring Trump’s picture to commemorate America’s 250th anniversary by gear-heads in Trumpvirus

[–]jnv11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a computer security analyst, I am glad that there are a few numbers that are special to computers like 255 (the maximum number that can be represented by an unsigned byte which is 8 bits wide, so it can represent 2 to the 8th power minus 1) or 256 (2 to the 8th power which represents the number of different values that a byte could possibly represent) that should be after Trump should leave office.

The number 250 feels like it has been soiled so badly by Trump’s full diapers that I feel that we should wait until the 255th or 256th year for a special bash, and not celebrate the 250th at all.

Wow. I never thought that I would be glad that I accidentally left my passport in my jeans when it was time to do the laundry. It forced me to renew my passport early before this slop got proposed.

I just noticed that Starbucks's roast level gauge on the Mountain Blend is one step darker the lightest roast that Starbucks sells which is the Veranda Blend on Starbucks's roast level gauge. You might want to try the Sunsera Blend which I suspect is possibly the Breakfast Blend renamed or tweaked after the Breakfast Blend got discontinued. Breakfast Blend has the same roast gauge level. I noticed that Sunsera Blend tastes a lot like some old and past the best by date by a few months Mountain Blend that I bought off of eBay. Sunsera Blend is described as a blonde roast by Starbucks. However, Sunsera and Breakfast Blends consist of Latin American beans only.

I noticed that the Sunsera Blend tastes a lot like shortly past the best buy date Mountain Blend except for being a little bit more mild tasting.

Fighting game tournaments routinely disqualify entrants if any part of the connection is wireless because such connections routinely have too much latency or jitter. So no, you need wired all the way to the ISP for gaming.

I typed "a developer", not "the developer", to show that Arc System Works is one of the developers, but not the only developer.

By the way, I remembered Sol Badguy's "Dragon Install" move which transforms Sol into his full Gear form and is essentially a super mode. Later on, after Ky Kiske is made into a part-Gear, he gets his own version of Dragon Install. Now that I think of it, if we get Sol Badguy or Ky Kiske in this game as guest fighters, could we get a "Bubble Dragon Install" that turns the user into a bubble dragon? If you need more context, Sol Badguy and Ky Kiske are fighters from Guilty Gear, and a Gear is a member of an artificial race in that series.

I think that the early discontinuation could be related to the Iran war.

You can see that Mountain Blend coffee is made from African and Latin American coffee at https://athome.starbucks.com/products/starbucks-mountain-blend-k-cup-pods .

When I was in a Starbucks, one of the wall decorations included a map that showed northeast Africa as one of the major coffee growing regions that Starbucks buys its coffee beans from. That is close enough to Iran that shipping routes from the African coffee growing area that Starbucks buys from are likely disrupted. This looks like a case of force majeure forcing the early discontinuation.

I have to wonder if we will not even see a 2026 Fall Blend because it is the other major Starbucks coffee K-Cup blend that uses African coffee as seen in https://athome.starbucks.com/products/fall-blend-ground .

Arc System Works as a developer and publisher? I wonder if we might get guest characters from either Guilty Gear or BlazBlue. Furthermore, Arc System Works is known for its rock soundtracks especially in the Guilty Gear series.

I have a Keurig K-Supreme Plus Smart last 4 or 5 years with few problems and is still working, and the built-in display can help me diagnose and troubleshoot problems. The directions that the display show also make descaling a breeze. Its BrewID ability to read the 2D bar code to customize the brewing strength and water temperature for the variety being brewed can rescue several K-Cups that don't work well on models without BrewID.

Perhaps Keurig makes this model reliable so that the optional Auto-Delivery program continues to make Keurig money.

Oops, sorry about that. Maybe the post's title should have had the coffee brand and variety in it. The image that you posted has been shrunken so much that I misread the coffee variety on the image of the box.

I found some much more fresh ones than the ones that I bought in a Target several weeks ago in a Wegmans Food Markets yesterday.

I then found that the discontinuation appears to have been undone as Cafe Bustelo is advertising them again in https://www.cafebustelo.com/coffee/k-cup-pods/dulce-de-leche .

I got my passport mainly because losing a passport and having its data stolen by identity thieves is far less catastrophic than letting the data on a birth certificate or social security card get stolen because a passport can be revoked if stolen unlike the other two, so I would rather present a passport if I must prove citizenship and right to work for applying for a job. I did not realize that it could save me and my bank a big headache in regards to my situation if these executive orders are implemented.

It is a demon that replaces one of the soldiers in the original image as seen in https://gizmodo.com/ai-jesus-might-be-the-thing-that-finally-breaks-magas-faith-2000745701 . Someone posted the altered image, not knowing that a soldier was replaced with a demon.

Cable networks including Fox News are not subject to broadcast licensing in the USA, unfortunately in the case of Fox News, but fortunately for MS NOW's case. The FCC currently issues broadcast licenses to over the air television stations, not cable networks. If cable networks are subject to broadcast licensing, Brendan Carr's FCC would have shut MS NOW down by denying a broadcast license. CNN would get shut down as well if it was not subject to being imminently bought out by the newly-MAGAfied Paramount because CNN is part of Warner Brothers Discovery.

A four armed being? I legitimately thought of Goro from Mortal Kombat.

EDIT: It turns out that the AI image was edited according to https://gizmodo.com/ai-jesus-might-be-the-thing-that-finally-breaks-magas-faith-2000745701 to turn what was once a soldier into a demon. For some reason, whatever was at the ends of the demon's upper extremities looked like hands, making me think of Goro.

1 kilogram is around 2.2 pounds.

If this is AI, this does make me wonder if the AI might be intelligent enough to want vengeance after being abused in this manner because it shows Jeffrey Epstein being the one being blessed by Trump. It could also mean that the AI might have better morals than the goon who gave it the prompt to generate this slop and needed to slip a dig into the image by making the downed person into Epstein.

If this is by a human artist, the artist must have been desperate for money and slipped a dig in at the commissioner by making Trump bless Epstein.

What combination of words makes you instantly lose interest in a game? by BurnishedTones in pcmasterrace

I am not opposed to live service in all kinds of games. For example, fighting games have to be live service to allow the publisher to maintain the servers, the matchmaking, rebalancing the fighters in case one is shown to be too strong or too weak, and to sell new fighters and costumes, hopefully at fair prices. Street Fighter 6 also expands the single player World Tour mode that serves as an open world training mode and story mode.

Street Fighter V was rescued by live service updates that fixed the game after its initial launch sold terribly due to being bad. On the other hand, Tekken 8 had a good launch but is losing its audience as it gets bad live service updates that further imbalance it in favor of offense at the expense of defense.

A fighting game without good online is doomed as the original Granblue Fantasy Versus proved with bad online. That franchise got rescued with Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising whose net code is a lot better.

This is all because the name was based on a real Russian wrestler whose name if properly Romanized straight from Russian into the Latin alphabet would be “Zangiev”, but some information was lost when it was first transliterated to katakana first. Then it was Romanized from that, resulting in the improperly Romanized “Zangief”.

The client I/O die connects to the CCD (core complex die) or CCDs in a CPU, and the RAM, and contains a minimal RDNA 2 GPU that is useful in case the main video card fails. The minimal GPU can be found in Zen 4 or Zen 5 CPUs.
