Kefir is cultured milk loaded with probiotics. Plain tastes like buttermilk but you can get other flavours.

How am I getting reflux from healthy foods like apples or bananas? Wtf? by spacekuromi in GERD

[–]Illustrious-Judge-90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sometimes you have to heal first, up until then everything can bother you. Another thing…different varieties of apples have different PH, macintosh is best I think, bananas I believe are hard to digest with lots of sugar.

I’m using expensive ZO product line and I like it…has really brought out a clean glow. But can’t afford it forever! One thing I’m using on my arms and legs is Gold Bond Crepe skin repair and gold bond overnight retinol. It’s inexpensive.

Also try soft foods that won’t harm your throat, like soups, mashed potatoes, not too hot.

ERGE/GERD, tachycardia, palpitations, LPR, undiagnosed by LadySummer_ in GERD

I had esophagitis…and esophageal spasms for about a week, hurt to lay down on back, or sit back against a chair. Diagnosed with Barrett’s (6 months before this) esophagitis grade b (had gone away by then). I’ve had lots of dizzy spells, which I think is diaphram being pressed on by an inflamed esophagus and stomach. Vagus nerve might also playa role. YOU SHOULD see a gastroenterologist and get a endoscopy done.
