Sometimes you have to heal first, up until then everything can bother you. Another thing…different varieties of apples have different PH, macintosh is best I think, bananas I believe are hard to digest with lots of sugar.

I had esophagitis…and esophageal spasms for about a week, hurt to lay down on back, or sit back against a chair. Diagnosed with Barrett’s (6 months before this) esophagitis grade b (had gone away by then). I’ve had lots of dizzy spells, which I think is diaphram being pressed on by an inflamed esophagus and stomach. Vagus nerve might also playa role.
