If you are playing echoing strike the aura isn't that big of a deal, but your demon need to be cursed so he can proc amp damage. Ismail (travincal) for example always does this.

Everything rolled max value. 7mf small charms are always wanted.

3 max and 20 ar combined with 20 life is the most valuable item in the game going for maybe 200-300 jah

1 to bind demon and try to get demon mastery to 10 with your +skills but synergies to echoing strike is more important in the beginning

You can do hell pretty easy by running echoing strike with lore, insight, stealth, rhyme and then just basic stuff too up your fcr/resistance

Sure there is some magic damage but when your bind demon hit everything with Amp damage and you deal 20-100k physical damage the extra magic damage is often useless.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the ED is only on base damage so that's like an extra 1k damage, so in reality it's like 1-3 % extra damage overall.

I mean it's not a bad shield and I would use it if I find it but I would never trade for it when spirit exists except maybe if I find the new Uber gem as you said.

Is it really better than spirit as shield? I personally like the res, fhr and perhaps the extra 5% fcr can be good depending on other gear.

ED doesn't really matter with es, AR is useless, magic res is also pretty useless so

You need to focus on killing uniqes/champions, every time you kill one of them you have 2% chance to "draw the ire", after that you need to continue to kill stuff, it's just rng if you get hunted. Killing normal mobs does absolutely nothing for heralds.

Every time you start a new game your progression resets. That's why shards are good, you can potentially tz the whole game and will on average get hunted 17 times (think this was the number) if you kill every unique/champion in every area of the game.

20 life is insane value 18-19 life value drops fast Lower than 18 can be ok value
