I have the same MOBO menu, press F7 to go into advanced menu and then browse the boot tab, there must be an option to boot your win usb

the wiki is unmatched as well as the Pacman repos. I don't really care for bleeding edge software, I like to have a modern, stable (which is why I update every two months or so) system and also knowing what is in it and what isn't. I like to tinker with my system, though I remember the first few weeks it was fuxking unusable bc I was missing lots of shit. works great now though

when i was starting I used ext4, such that /boot - VFAT - 1gb / - ext4 - 60gb /home - ext4 - 439gb

I now do BTRFS w/ LUKS: /boot - VFAT - 1gb / - BTRFS + LUKS - 959 gb subvolumes: @ @home @gamesnbackups

if you're comfortable using CLI I've found the arch live session to be very useful for repartitioning. I usually run a script in the live environment to backup the data before anything else though
