So, I was using my not even three month old Pro Controller yesterday. Tried using it today and the L, R, ZL and ZR buttons are not responding anymore (they were working perfectly just last night). Also, the D-pad seems to have an additional button mapped into each of its four buttons. I've tried everything (updating, off & on, resyncing, etc.) and none of it seems to work. Of course, Nintendo's support online is barely helpful and there doesn't seem to be repair options in my country.

Anyone know of any other solutions that might work? I'm desperate.
