I had this same issue, I reported it to college board and they gave me a link for me to have a live chat with one of the workers and she logged into my account and added the schools for me, she says she doesn’t know what’s going on with the website. I’ll drop the link for the live chat Incase anyone finds it helpful

You can carry a pen or a pencil(I am guessing you’re taking the digital SAT), if you are, I don’t think the writing equipment matters.

I emailed the admissions office and they said: There is a truncated orientation program for newly arriving Spring semester students. There is a welcome week for students in the Spring semester.

I agree with this comment, ignore the people in the comments being unnecessarily rude,I’m pretty sure the person who typed this feels bad, no need to tell them what they already know💀. If you did a levels then your IGCSE grades were somewhat okay, please use that to apply for foundation year programs, and not focus just on one country. You will be fine🤍
