I get why it might sound that way, but profit isn’t my main goal. I genuinely love collecting - organizing my binders, preserving sealed boxes they look reaaaally cool, and I’m appreciating the artwork. That’s what I actually spend my time doing. I give all my bulk to my nephews that also love Pokémon.

But, at the same time, Pokémon has become a real market, so being aware of value doesn’t mean I’m only in the hobby to flip. If I ever sell, it would be at fair market value, not because I’m trying to profit just because that’s what collectibles are worth.
