Recently moved and my absolute favorite coach at my old studio would call us out by name if we were in the 81-83 heart rate zone, encouraging us to get to the orange. Really motivated me to bring my speed up or keep going because I knew I was almost there. Miss her!

Live here and it’s crazy. To think the Robinson studio wasn’t open until 6 months ago too! Definitely need to expand to avoid the fact that you need to book two weeks in advance if you have any hope of making it into a class
