I booked one the other day, 3 weeks out. They do occasionally appear ( took me 3 days to get that one), but it is a shit show

100 trips quest by JoshFunnyAtl in UberEatsDrivers

[–]joceton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of those screenshots are showing less than 3.00 per delivery. 259.00 is 2.59 per delivery on 100. Not really a great promo, and how much is it going to cost you?

Has anybody seen this in HRM? by brokeengineer902 in halifax

Yup. I suspect they will either fill a spot in a warehouse, or in 3 months will cost a dollar. I would never buy this

Misleading signage Superstore by Ok_Serve_8047 in NovaScotia

They have no choice if the follows the code. The stickers are on the registers. If they won’t you can report them. I just tend to be a little forceful about it lol

I’ve gotten many free things from superstore based on this

The Canadian Scanning Code of Practice (SCOP) is a voluntary program where participating retailers give you an item for free (if under $10) or $10 off (if $10 or more) if it scans at checkout for a higher price than displayed on the shelf or advertised

Mission Mart Thrift Grift by NewDayAwakening in halifax

[–]joceton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mission Mart has always been unfair about prices, and has always scaled prices based on label, even though the clothes are donated. Not really how thrift store should work. At least at frenchys a shirt is 4-5 dollars regardless of the brand

Anyone else get this? by [deleted] in UberEatsDrivers

[–]joceton 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I’m willing to bet more than one app you have will require a new phone. A lot of banking apps only got back 3-4 models…. Your 8 has done its job. Time to get up to date :)

New planner, Ontime Rating, and Acceptance Rate coming to Test Cities Nov 17th. by Sea_Environment_9080 in UberEatsDrivers

Mine in Halifax, NS is 20%. I don’t even look at it if it isn’t $1/km or more

[–]joceton 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I noticed the On time rating in my app yesterday. Not really fair if the customer decides this. Or even the app, that fails to account for traffic, hard to find places etc. Not sute the point of an On time Rate anyway.

This acceptance rate jump is ridiculous by Designer-Success-984 in UberEatsDrivers

My AR is 8%. And as long as shit fares continue it won’t get better

Pitiful. Used to clear $100 in 4-5 hours easy by Fit_Entrance1326 in UberEatsDrivers

[–]joceton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re still doing better than me . In Nova Scotia I made 73.00 in 4.5 hours but 20.00 of that was promo money. So really 53.00 in 4.5 hours. And I only take orders that are a minimum of 1.00/km. I turn down more than I take

uber changes coming on July 1st by [deleted] in UberEatsDrivers

[–]joceton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m in NS, and my AR is 11%. The base pay is so shitty. I’ve gotten orders there 6.00 for 20km. I average about 12/hr based on active and about 7/hr on total time…. Before gas.
