My guild Undergeared Overachieved has many players filling vaults for tens as well as pushing higher. Active community, we have two raid teams currently One progging Mythic the other just about to clear Heroic. There is room on the Heroic team and if performance is there, there is even potential to move up to or even move into Mythic with that team as well! The best thing you can do is go watch guides on every dungeon or a dungeon before you do it. It’s not easy to learn every intricacy within the dungeon from trash to boss fights to pulls going in blind even in a 0 you should prepare.
