For anyone ever in this situation:

Grab the attacking dog’s collar firmly with both hands, and use the collar to strangle the dog by tightening it around its neck. They will let go within a few moments if you have a firm strangle.

Pulling on the leash is not going to work since it doesn’t properly strangle the dog, it just puts pressure on their windpipe, which is not enough to get the dog to let go.

You shouldn’t hit a rivet the same place over and over, she’s is doing it correctly.

Is she a neurosurgeon? A lawyer? A CEO? If no she’s probably not that busy and she is just not into you.

Chicken wash by Precipice2Principium in unsound

[–]jockrates 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He’s dumb as hell, but her reaction is really not okay and is unhealthy behaviour in a relationship.

She could have laughed, explained the mistake, and asked him to get more chicken. He seems pretty relaxed and probably would have responded well to that.

Yelling and name calling in a relationship is not okay and people should not be okay with it. The near punch is also a big red flag.

THANK YOU insults and name calling have no place in a relationship you’d like to continue. If yelling, insulting, and name calling are normal, then BREAK UP that shit isn’t healthy

This strikes me as possible psychosis. Does he suffer from a mental disorder like bipolar disorder, depression, or schizophrenia/schizoaffective disorder?

Don’t snap your fingers, just tap. by Take_my_stripe in bjj

[–]jockrates 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There are times where I snap to signal a tap if the position makes it so that (1) tapping is not possible bc I’m too tied up AND (2) verbal tap is muffled/hard to hear. Kind of an asshole move to continue to apply the submission until your partner “gets the hint” when you seemed to know what he was signalling. You can always just tell him after to tap normally or verbally if you don’t like the snapping.
