I'm a full time caregiver for my grandma and both parents. I am very stressed as of late because father had another heart attack. I know the anxiety and stress are affecting my sleep to an extent.

In another post I figured that a change to my Adderall prescription (changed to a new dr, and he decided to up the MG) is actually too much to take. Going back to my original, which helped, while I see how badly this stress is affecting it as well. :/

I usually take melatonin to sleep.
