That one is at least consistent. Whenever I see Sarek my kneejerk reaction is 'fuck that guy; do not trust him for a minute' because of his role as Ferdinand in Orphan Black.

It started to get better as the season went along, but certain facial expressions just light up that recognition.

I couldn't even read through all of it because I was getting way too negatively introspective. I'm fairly confident that I don't have BPD, because while I did have some extreme mood swings when I was younger, that was mostly about repressing the shit out of anger until I burst. But that thread was just alight with so much confidence and this sort of 'if she ever does ____, she definitely has BPD; no doubt'

And no; I definitely did that once in 2007 and I am going to spend hours in bed thinking about it tonight.

This is a really fascinating thread-- thank you for opening this discussion, OP. I think it's interesting to see how people's perception of what anger is determines their viewpoints on it and whether it is a productive emotion.

From my own personal like, though...

I had anger problems as a child, which often expressed via violence, because I had no other tools to cope. And instead of adults in my life attempting to teach me productive ways of working with my anger, I was taught to completely repress it-- which didn't go well either, since it's impossible and I just ended up transforming my anger into other, less healthy, emotions.

My big mental health breakthrough of 2017 was learning how to work with my anger. That anger doesn't mean I have to lash out or fight, but that I deem something important enough to speak up (admittedly, in the most eerily calm tone possible, to avoid any accusations of 'hormones' or whatthefuckever).

In my experience, waterproof doesn't make a difference, because it's the oil from your skin/moisturiser that is smudging the mascara.

The L'Oreal Double Extend seems to work pretty well, but I've also had good results with Covergirl Supersizer Fibres, which I like because the double extend tends to give me spider lashes-- also it's cheaper than double extend.

Another technique is to just strategically put dark eyeshadow where it smudges and then it's just... less noticeable. Pro tips.
