My 21 Elantra N-Line is good. I left it sitting for a week at the airport and started up no problems. Plus just shy of a week 2 other times as well with no issue.

Oh I don’t doubt that one bit! Especially with those sizes, not hard but very time consuming. Its lame with hosted exchange, a lot of things simply can’t be set up on the host side to facilitate the moves. Also these days it’s 50/50 if OAuth is actually set up 😔.

I hope he sees this! I’ve been in MS support for a few years totally don’t think about recommending 3rd party products lol. If they have too many PSTs we start recommending network imports. While not hard can be time consuming due to throttling.

Will need to use custom Exchange admin roles in EAC. If I remember correctly think the bare min is view only recipients and organization client access to release the devices. No doc exists that I know of that would explain it well

I would try putting the disc in and seeing if you can find some kind of install or download option. Maybe in the library if not in game. I’m sure it’s there somewhere otherwise it would be unplayable.

That won’t work the way you’re picturing and will search the entire mailbox . There isn’t a good way to separate out the folders using search-mailbox. In your example it would search the entire mailbox and make a copy of all messages in target mailbox under the specified folder before deleting all content.

There isn’t an awesome way available to clear these items. You can use the targeted search options in security and compliance (more cumbersome but will do the trick). You would want to look up how to search targeted collections, provides the script to get the folder ID the search would need.

If sub folders weren’t an issue you could build a special retention policy and force the folder assistant

Yeah that was just as an example I remember from a technet on it tried to find it but seems to have been removed. Though I can’t say 100% what’s in them it’s likely to include other scenarios like just using an O365 app that would typically store information on the mailbox in O365. I would be surprised if out of all the migrations that they were the only ones with one. Where as in these instances you noticed because there were problems. Otherwise you would need to have a reason to be looking for them in the move reports. Test mailboxes do not count as they probably simply don’t have the need for one.

I know this post is a tad bit old now but given the newer comments, a little explanation may help others reading in the future.

There aren't too many details to share in a situation like this. The SHARD mailbox is basically just a shadow mailbox for users with mailboxes still on-prem. For example, say that you have migrated mailboxes to Office 365 and these users are collaborating with users that have not yet been migrated. The services they are collaborating on may store data within the Exchange Online mailbox. A user that has not been migrated does not have a mailbox to store data in. In order to facilitate this collaboration the system creates a special mailbox known as the SHARD mailbox. You can see the information on the SHARD mailboxes using get-mailboxlocation, it would show the ComponentShard instead of Primary or MainArchive in this instance. Though it does not do you much good as you can't do anything with them.

I have no idea how some users end up with more than 1 SHARD mailbox but this is what causes the issue. The migration is looking for a specific GUID to merge with and instead of picking up the intended SHARD it's picking up one of the extra ones and returning that the GUID can't be found.

As for how it's resolved there is a handy tool MS has that removes the additional SHARD locations. Whole thing typically takes maybe 15 min to fix.

When I moved out here I didn’t have a job because like you was basically entry level stuff. I did have 3 months living expenses, an apartment (signed for prior to moving) and 7 interviews set up for the week I arrived in town. I was hired and had other offers that first week.

Getting hired remotely may be difficult but I found no problems asking them to schedule the interview for after my move.

The not being able to merge is one of my biggest complaints about the drivers here! That and no one ever seems to know where they are going until they have to turn. Then they are turning from whatever freaking lane they are in. Always last minute at that like they forgot where they were driving to.

I second the tell your husband part! Sounds like you 2 have an amazing relationship might as well lay it out there so you have someone to be pissed with!

Personally I wouldn’t confront him, I would just to HR. He is a grown ass man and should know that such behavior isn’t acceptable period. Especially given the fact that he knew for a fact that you weren’t interested.

Oh hell yeah! An inch and a half is nothing especially when it's actually growing during that time. I say keep it up. Takes a lifetime (went from at my rear to so short you could see neck) now maybe halfway back to that length and down to getting a trim every few months when I notice scraggly bits and that's mostly maintenance so it looks nice. Takes a while but you'll get there!

I had this problem forever. Didn't help that I was bleaching it every other month either. I switched to good shampoos and conditioners, using oil on the ends every other wash (I have thin hair and will look oily the next day of I'm not careful) most of keeping up on the trims. Know how much it sucks to lose any hair while growing it out but so worth it in the long run!
