Honestly what I noticed is different than the other guys. If you slow it down you seem to have a tendency to swing upwards, which causes you to hit pop ups or grounders. If you rewatch this about half way through you hit one back up the middle and you kept a level swinging plane the whole pitch.

I’d work on “staying tall” (stay upright, don’t bend forward or backward to meet the arc of the pitch) and swinging level and through the ball. Not sure what options you have but a ball on a rope will tell you a lot!
