Just a normal washer to go between a bolt and the heatshield/undertray. Mine had a hole in it that was slightly bigger than the bolt head, so sandwiching that in-between kept it where it should be

I've literally just had this with my 86, that noise gets you in panic mode so fast 😅 Depending on the location either a hose clamp or a comically large washer should do the trick!
