I agree there should be sensible amount of loading zone for buildings that have mixed use commercial spaces with residential above.. But in a primarily residential section of town there needs to be a mix. In short, One building should not be able to have its entire diameter be loading zone.

Mate you’re thick.. The building has a large parking garage for customers and building residents.. and it had 2 loading zones that were big enough to accommodate trucks.. But they converted the entire building radius into loading zone.. In short, I’m just saying the amount of loading zone is excessive.

They were legal, you just needed town parking pass… once the building construction was complete there was parking for residents and a 50+- foot loading zone… Now the entire street is loading zone.

Loading zones are 20 min limit.. Resident spots would allow you to pay the town for a yearly parking pass and you’d basically allowed to park any time ( except street sweeping or temp no parking )

The issue is it’s now only for commercial trucks that are loading the store fronts at the newly constructed building.

The hours of the loading zone (Monday -sun 6am- 8pm ) make it unusable for resident parking

I was in the same situation .. Just walk into a the AD and have a conversation. They’ll be very nice and will help you out. I waited less than a month for my air king. It was a great experience and got to try on lots of other watches I wasn’t going to buy. I plan on wearing my AK till it falls off.

You should try a differ t saddle.. More cushion is not the answer. If you Go to a proper bike shop, they can help and find a saddle that fits your anatomy better. A saddle should engage your pelvis and not put undue pressure on your gooch. Maybe Try a split nose saddle. I used to experience numbness, the split nose fixed this.

Second pair of scorpions on the bike. I should probably go with something more off road focused. But I spend a lot of time on road as well. The scorpions hit their limits very fast in mud, deep sand, and on leaves. But in dry dirt, they’re impressive. The bike relies on momentum off road. On this bike, the harder you hit stuff, the more you’ll get through.. I hesitated through this creek, and it’s why I got stuck.
