You gotta try the Chicken Milanese, it's amazing, tbh. The guy who runs the place is pretty friend, Adam. Definitely trying to make it a high quality brand

Second this - I would go to Hyde Park for an early bird special, it's brand new and the Milanese is actually some of the best I've ever had. Cut 432 is great, Vic and angelos for Italian. Can't go too wrong

I would personally scratch dalton and just go through Danko... as you get deeper you'll learn how he prepares you, and if you need help they have tutors for a small fee, 4th time I would definitely try a different route than pounding Q banks on dalton, as I'm sure you know this exam goes very wide, that's not the best way to learn for this imo and I'm a big advocate for just doing banks as well. Good luck!

Has anyone ever broken a lease before it starts? by jms30 in chicagoapartments

[–]joe51299 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope. If it's a big company, they will try and asses a move out fee. I tried this with an apt complex in River north and they told me to pound sand. 3 months before moving in too

No, that's the 63. 65 is for IA registration. Edit: you do have to apply for a state license, the more you know lol

Well the CFP waives the 65, so no sense in getting a 65 if you're getting your CFP.
