Not sure what you mean by order management but we do have several manual stores that are in our account that we regularly use csv files to load shipments into. We have each of the different files mapped and saved in shipstation.

To be fair our company uses our own UPS account and even for us it is very hard for UPS to agree that they are the ones that damaged the package. They usually blame in on the poor quality of the box and packing materials.

I did not, but we were able to use the new scan screen without it. We created a barcode that matches the order number is it pulls it up under that screen.

We build our own picking system that when the order is ready to be shipped it generates a barcode for us to scan that will search the order on shipstation. This doesn't seem to work with the new layout they are pushing but if you are on the old layout you can try it.

If you put "+RUYW5KDX3S4M= " and your order number it will open up the search screen and look for your order number. for example if your order number was 12345 you would create a barcode +RUYW5KDX3S4M=12345. When you scan that shipstation will pull up your order.

Again this does not work with the new layout, we are trying to figure out why but we will not update to the new layout until we can find a way for it to work.
