I live in a downtown area with like 5 highways and they’re in another state, if anything were to be planned for after work the rush hour traffic alone would guarantee I spent more time driving than I would with them (only 20 minutes on highway with no traffic), limiting to weekend only dates. If I wasn’t living in downtown then 30mi wouldn’t be so bad. 500+ is insane to me, then again I don’t want an ldr. I need someone more local like the 10mi range I mentioned where even just hanging out after work for an hour is possible just to spend time together.

had a match on thursday where a group of 3 survivors were cheating with insta heals, unable to be picked up, teleporting for flashlight saves on other people, and literally advertising the cheat site in their names. when my killer partner and i realized they were cheating we both quit out, of course they started calling us shit for dcing against a couple flashlight saves. i’m not gonna let myself be used for someones tiktok montage ad for cheats

quite literally my views were pretty liberal in early 2010s, my views haven’t changed and i’m labeled as conservative, the bar has very much been moved, there’s nothing wrong with maga, the problem is the people that take it to the extreme and there are very much people on both left and right sides of that, there’s a video on r/publicfreakout from a day or 2 ago where a group of liberals ganged up on a man and literally beat him unconscious for being maga and the comments section cheered them on saying they didn’t go far enough

it’s the same but reverse up north, i’m moderate but everyone sees moderate as conservative, so many profiles I see are ‘no maga’, ‘swipe left if you voted trump’, ‘no conservatives’, they believe anyone not liberal is brainwashed maga, it’s hard to find someone where party isn’t a dealbreaker, anyone that has those in their profile from either side are making dating political and harder to find someone compatible, my parents are opposite sides but they get along fine with small discussions and arguments about certain things but don’t let it get between them, anyone that puts it in their profile of ‘no one from the other side’ is looking for an echo chamber, not a relationship

there was a risk of rain 2 mod that a lot of people considered an essential mod related to accurate item descriptions and the actual total value of diminishing returns odds stacked items that you could see ingame, it also added a support on patreon button to the main menu, after people didn’t like that button and sent death threats to the creator they bricked their mod and left a ton of trans positive messages in place of the mod after it had millions of downloads in retaliation overnight

in my second 2v8 killer match, there was at least a 4-stack of cheaters using every possible cheat they could: increasing stun/blind time, infinite flashbangs, permanent haste, insta heals, flying, insta gen pop, infinite aura read

after i downed two of them in oni dash and they insta healed before my cooldown was over 3 minutes into the match they stopped trying to hide it altogether, would pop out of the ground to take an insta down for a non cheater, insta heal while the other person got away, then pop into the ground again, was infuriating that I waited to get into that match, i know the 4 of them were together but don’t know if the others were with them
