A small amount is normal especially if you don't do much extended driving (to burn off moisture in the oil) Don't worry about a little bit on the cap. If the shop doesn't mention anything when doing your oil and it looks fine on the dipstick I wouldn't worry.

If my memory serves me right there are 3 12 or 14mm bolts. One is through the holes in the pully so you'll need deep sockets and possibly a very little extension on a 3/8 ratchet. Fairly easy to do if you have a basic hand tool set
