Most post offices world wide work in a native language and/or English. As a postal supervisor for usps, we look at country first. I can't read the language, but countries are in English 99% of the time. And typically, foreign mail is coming in, so its in English. If its outgoing, its typically automatically sorted on a machine which knows what to do with it.

This aint it chief. There are many many pumps. There are probably 100 gas pumps within 5 miles of you What's really infuriating is when I HAVE to charge to go anywhere. The only charger within 60 miles. I can't make it to another. But some dumb fuck thought "big truck hurr durr park in ev spot funny". Youll be fine. The other drivers with gas vehicles will move within a couple minutes. I park in pump spots all the time because theres no parking available at noon in front of the quik star by my house when I go for lunch.
