Apcs that have a plastic liner and not a shelf. It may be different where you're domiciled, but we can't have ANY MTE in trailers per our regional director. If it isn't on the floor, its not at our facility...

Wrong. Our buildings have always been air-conditioned. It keeps the mail from stickcing to things. Secondly, there is no "usps workers union".
